How do I import my class schedule?

Add your classes from a PDF, calendar file or screenshot

Your class schedule puts your classes on your DormWay calendar.

  1. Open Schedule and choose Import Schedule.

  2. Upload your schedule from your school's registration system as a PDF, a calendar file (.ics) or a clear screenshot.

  3. Check the classes DormWay found and confirm them.

Tips

  • Use your full-term schedule. A screenshot of a single week can end up adding only that week's classes.

  • If a screenshot doesn't work, try a higher-resolution image or a calendar (.ics) export.

  • A class syllabus doesn't go here. Add syllabi in Courses.

  • You can re-import at any time, for example after you add or drop a class. If you end up with duplicate or wrong courses, message us and we'll clean them up.
